If a customer orders a "dry Cappuccino" (more foam and less steamed milk), you may need to use a spoon to scoop up extra foam to get the correct level of dryness.
If a customer orders a "wet Cappuccino" (more steamed milk and less foam), you may use a spoon to withhold some of the foam as you pour the beverage, and then scoop a small amount of foam on top.
